How to Order a Mexican Combo Plate at La Sierra in Forest Grove
Our numbered combos are the fastest way to try a little of everything. Here is how they work and which ones regulars order most.

Our numbered combo plates are the easiest way to order at La Sierra. Each number is a set plate, so you just pick a number, choose your protein and we take care of the rest.
Step 1: pick a number
Every combo has its own number on the menu, from a single enchilada to plates with two or three favorites together. Most combos are served with rice and beans.
Step 2: choose your protein
Shredded chicken, shredded beef and ground beef are included. Premium proteins like carne asada, pollo asado, carnitas, chorizo, fish and shrimp cost a little extra.
How the tacos come
Shredded chicken, shredded beef and ground beef tacos come in a crispy shell with lettuce, cheese and tomato. Carne asada, pollo asado, carnitas and chorizo tacos come on soft corn tortillas with guacamole and pico de gallo. Fish and shrimp tacos add lettuce.
Enchiladas, chimichangas and chile rellenos
Enchiladas are topped with our house enchilada sauce and melted cheese. Chimichangas are flour tortillas filled with your protein, rolled and deep fried, then topped with guacamole, sour cream and a drizzle of burrito sauce, and they come with a small side salad. Chile rellenos are a cheese filled pepper wrapped in fluffy egg and topped with our homemade burrito sauce and cheese.
Three combos to start with
Combo 13: one taco and two enchiladas. Combo 24: an enchilada and a chimichanga. Combo 25: an enchilada and a chile relleno. All three are guest favorites.
