Pick the Right Bar for Your Crowd
Our two most popular options are the taco bar and the fajita bar, and you can choose one or both. The taco bar lets guests build their own tacos with fresh tortillas, proteins, salsas and toppings, which is fun and works for any size crowd. The fajita bar brings the sizzle, with marinated steak, chicken or shrimp and all the fixings. For a bigger event, the combination of both gives everyone choices. Plan for Your Guest Count
The most common question we get is how much to order. A good rule is to plan for about two to three tacos or one loaded fajita plate per person, plus sides like rice and beans and chips with salsa. Tell us your guest count and we will help you size the order so no one goes hungry and you are not buried in leftovers. For larger events, we can scale up and still keep the food fresh and hot.
Think About Dietary Needs
Every crowd has a vegetarian or two, and often someone avoiding gluten. Our Vegetariano Burrito and Veggie Fajitas are great plant based options, and beans and rice are naturally vegetarian.
